In 2007, Amber Skrzypek began her education career with Keune Haircosmetics as a Regional Educator and has since worked her way up to her current role as Education Training Manager for Keune North America. In this role Ambers focus is on development of technical content supporting shows, in salon programs and formats for Field Education. Amber believes in developing usable content that is not only modern and creative but also stylist friendly. Implementing new technique and trends that not only help the stylist succeed behind the chair but also help them understand the why behind it.

An integral member of Keune’s New Hire Program, Amber partners with all new educators to develop and train the upcoming talent on all things Keune. As an Academy Trainer you can expect Amber to deliver a new approach to hair color with a fresh outlook on techniques that were designed to help stylists work smarter not harder. She supports and encourages the idea of coloring with a purpose and understanding the “why”. Her teaching style is engaging and enjoyable and believes that learning should be fun and interactive.

When Amber is not creating programs or sharing information with stylists, she takes great pride in developing video material for marketing initiatives, social media, and trainings. Amber has been recognized as a Top 30 Colorist Under 30 by Colorist Magazine and voted one of the Best Colorists in Richmond, VA where she currently resides.
