Super Heros Unite

This month, Keune hosted Paramount Distributor in Atlanta for two days of “Super Hero Training.” The training, which largely took place at the Keune Advanced Academy, was designed to create an emotional connection between Paramount DSCs and the Keune culture. The theme was selected to represent how key traits of a super hero translate into a DSC’s everyday world of calling on salons and growing their Keune business. These three traits include having extraordinary powers and abilities to grow an existing Keune account and open new doors; the courage and ability to face the fears of overcoming objections; and the motivation and a sense of responsibility.
Paramount’s Keune Super Hero Training session featured an overview of Keune culture, brand attributes, marketing and social media, retail super performers, all Keune color brands, the Market Leader Program, the Keune Loyalty Club program and creative ideas for Business Building Fund.Watch movie online The Transporter Refueled (2015)
What’s more, you can’t have Super Hero Training without costumes! Everyone showed up as his or her very own favorite super hero and Sales Manager Donna Maggie won the award for Best Dressed Super Hero. Prizes, such as Starbucks gift cards, were given out throughout the two-day experience for answering questions, presenting your own plan and more. Every super hero walked away with a comic book journal for note taking, a success planner with goals in mind for DSC’s to execute the plan and a gift bag of candies (just for fun).
In addition, Paramount also visited our headquarters in Lawrenceville for a tour and lunch with the team. “It was a great group of people that truly had the spirit of a Super Hero and we look forward to growing the Keune business,” says Frank Prescuitti, Regional Sales Manager – Northeast, Keune Haircosmetics North America and host for the training session.
